Philadelphia Real Estate and Homes for Sale

Looking to buy Real Estate in Philadelphia, Montgomery, or Bucks County?

If so, I think we should talk. My name is Rick Titus, and I want to be your Real Estate agent. I specialize in residential homes for sale in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks County. If you are searching for a Rowhouse, Twin, Single or Condo then I am sure I can find that perfect home that meets your needs.

What is your situation?

First Time Home Buyer (or previous homeowners)

I work with a ton of 1st Time Home Buyers. Typically money, or lack thereof, is the major issue. Structuring your home purchase to fit your financial situation is very important to me. My goal with most first time buyers is to minimize your out of pocket costs and assist you with obtaining financing that will keep your monthly payment as low as possible. If you are looking to buy your first home and would like to discuss your options, please feel free to give me a call at 215-366-2399.

"We didn't think we had enough saved to get into a home but Rick made it happen!"    -Todd and Michelle P.

"Rick was able to get the seller to cover all of our closing costs..."    -Jim and Megan T.

Trading Up or Downsizing

Selling your current home in order to buy a new home is always the trickiest type of transaction. Market conditions often dictate how we must proceed. Sometimes it is better to look for your new home first and then market your existing home. Other times it makes more sense for us to find a buyer for your existing home and then start searching for your new house. It is important that we discuss your needs and employ a strategy that will put you in the best possible financial situation. My hope here is to make your transition from one home to another as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

"We were a little overwhelmed but Rick offered great advice, took care of the details, and made our move go very smoothly."    -David and Trish J.

Selling a Home

I offer one of the lowest full service commissions in the Philadelphia area. I promise to give you an honest opinion of your home's value and present you with a marketing plan that get's results.

"Great Price. Great Service...Thanks!"    -Kevin S.

"We had our home listed with another agent. After it didn't sell we went with Rick. Not only did he get us a buyer within 30 days, he also saved us over $3000 in Commission over the other agent."    -Mark & Liza P.
